Take
I-5 North to Seneca Street, Exit 165 (exit from left lane). Continue

From North of Seattle
Take
I-5 South to Union Street Exit #165B. Continue west on Union Street
five blocks to Second Avenue. Left on Second Avenue and continue 0.2
mile to Spring Street. Left on Spring Street and parking garage is on
your right.
From West of Seattle on I-90
I-90
to I-5 North Exit. Continue north to Madison Street Exit (before
merging with I-5 North). Left on Madison Street and travel west one
block to Sixth Avenue. Right on Sixth Avenue and travel one block north
to Seneca Street. Left on Seneca Street and travel four blocks west to
Second Avenue. Left on Second Avenue and contine 0.2 miles to Spring
Street. Left on Spring Street and parking garage is on your right.
